Description of an Organization’s total Reward Elements and Strategy

One of the best ways to comprehend and apply what we are learning in our readings about the Total Rewards approach and the strategy that organizations take to ensure they have an effective Total Rewards program in place is to look closely at an organization’s Total Rewards elements and their Total Rewards strategy.

In this assignment, students will share key information about an organization and their total rewards strategy and communicate the findings in a PowerPoint presentation of about 10-12 slides (no set limit; use the number of slides required to share information effectively). A script (written using full sentences and not a verbal recording) in the notes section of the presentation will keep the slides relatively simple. This activity allows practice for presenting key information in real life situations in the workplace (virtual or in person).
