In a six- to seven- page double-spaced paper, explain why Winnipeg should defund the police or why Canada should defund the RCMP. You do not need to personally agree with this proposition, but the purpose of this paper is for you demonstrate that you can rhetorically support an argument and that you understood key concepts introduced in this class. Be sure to choose to either argue for defunding the Winnipeg Police OR the RCMP.
