DISCUSS the challenges inherent in consistently walking the talk of leadership when theory and practice collide (consider this past week’s discussion post where ethics conflicted with expediency and, ultimately, assessments of leadership effectiveness); and
DESCRIBE your personal leadership skills development journey, identifying those skills which you now understand as critical to your own personal development. In the spirit of this learning unit your discussion here should be very practical in nature, expressing what this means in terms of your own skills development.
** Your finished paper should encompass approximately five (5) pages of content, with the majority of your focus addressing points 1 & 2. Point 3, and then 4, should be reflective, yet grounded in the concepts identified in your first two sections.
