As our society change over time, so do our daily lives eventualities. Pertaining security professions, radical advanced in technology poses a great challenge to IT professionals.  In order to keep the pace of change in technology, both private and public security agencies need to close ties with each through sharing of m security related information.

For effective coordination among public and private security, there are three vital variables need to be addressed.   According to these variables are; security processes, technology and people.  As expounded earlier, information technology play a great role in security profession. Changes in technology equipped security professions with additional skills and necessary tools to handle issues amicably.  Today, terrorists can use technology to send bomb missiles kilometers away.  In order to tackle such threat, both public and private security agencies need to work together.  Once the treat is identified, both agencies should embark on a similar strategy to combat the threat.  Security threats such as cyber hacks and building into private building, the private and public should use similar approach to tackle the threat. For effective implementation of the aforementioned security strategies, an entity needs to have the right people in place.  All the variables, security, the people and security processes impact each other thus, they should be integrated.

Going forward, advanced in technology poses a great challenge to many organizations. However, today’s generations are more conversant with technology components than older security personnel in the security sector.  Modern technocrats are essential in revamping the security industry thus, making it more effective.  Broadly, in the next decades the techno savvy generation will most likely take over  managerial positions and change how businesses are operates.
