2. . please respond – According to Jacque (1996) historically the management movement debut took place in the early 1900’s with the introduction of the theory of scientific management. This movement represented the onset of the correlation between science, the world of academia, professionalism, business interest, and the worker. This movement encouraged the employment manager movement. This new era came to be known as the industrial era. The industrial era brought new and innovative ideas to the American people. It induced a reconstruction of how organizations should operate. The movement of larger businesses, larger government, and larger labor forces were set in motion to re-design the old way of the Federalist thought. The principle of scientific management was introduced and suggested a more efficient way to improve employees’ performance to increase productivity, but lacked the employer/employee involvement needed for employee job satisfaction in the workplace (Jacque, 1996). Taylorism was seen as an epoch of mechanistics that gave little attention to human capital as valuable workers in the workplace.Jacque (1996) stated that by the 1920’s labor management tension has increased. Once again the question of reframing organizations in regard to the best way to improve employee performance and maintain adequate productivity was the primary issue that needed to be addressed. In addition, the issue to establish better interpersonal relationship between boss/manager- employees was also a concern. Employees were not satisfied with the concept of the replication of working machines and becoming a product of those machines they worked. This led to the second industrial revolution. By the 1950’s the behavioral theory concept had flooded business organizations and began to emphasize the importance of employer/employee Elton Mayo’s experiments, and Herzsberg’s motivation hygiene theory. The managerial discourse in today’s society is one of high performance and continuing improvement in the workplace. Your thoughts?

The way that individuals understand their role and ability to act The way that individuals see and understand their actions within a larger social context Using this schema as a guide, what is the relationship between the individual and his or her environmental community? 4. please respond “Technology has made it more easy for negative influences to reach out and across local environments to influence those in even the most conservative of households. Cyber bullying has added to teenagers impressionable self image, causing even more damage to their self esteem. Ipad or Iphone neck is a neck stress related injury that seems to be plaguing younger and younger users. Social media is used to disseminate information to a wider audience, social media influencers cause their audience to strive to pursue a body that may be impossible to achieve. I remember hearing how restricted North Koreans were, they were considerably limited in the outside influence to include social media and technological advancements, this is one way they were kept in the dark about advancements the rest of the world was going through. They were also restricted from seeking help with troublesome happenings that were the norm in their country. With slightly more relaxed regulation, North Koreans are able to use technology to include texting and other forms of social media as a means of communication, in this respect it has been beneficial. ”
5. the subject is climate change and pollution this was my role- “Political: involves government support or not supported, policies created due to the technology, both locally and internationally, are there political debates due to the technology? Technology refers to the study and transformation of tools, techniques and machines developed by humans. Technology enables humans to study and develop physical elements that are found in their environment. There are ethical concerns that are related to technology. These concerns are based on topics that include access right, personal privacy, copyright issues, trade secrets, piracy and harmful actions that its engaging audience such as teenagers is exposed to such as drug abuse (Wangmo, et al., 2019) The ethical concerns are important in technology as they are used to resolve moral issues and understand issues to do with development and application of technology. Climate change is the change in the global or regional climate trends and is caused by elevated levels of carbon dioxide produced in the atmosphere by using fossil fuels (Cummings and Rosenthal, 2018). The result is usually scaled shifts in the weather patterns. Some policies govern climate change created due to technology. Technology policies put in place are to ensure sustainability in technology’s role in addressing climate change. This is because carbon issues that arise draw more attention to climate issues being faced. There are political debates concerning technology. These debates arise as different people have different views of technology positively or negatively. The debates result due to the negative impacts technology has had in society, such as making people easier to manipulate with rumours and false information and the increased risk of citizen manipulation by domestic politicians. In conclusion, technology has a variety of ethical concerns that include topics as privacy issues, copyright issues, among others. The ethical concerns need to be addressed. Also, technology is associated with climate change. This has led to the creation of political policies and political debates arising due to the impact technology has had in influencing climate change.” RESEARCH METHODOLOGIES – This week, you will be submitting individual annotated bibliographies to help build a foundation for your research process and develop your ideas.
