Classmate answer : The romaine lettuce is crunchy and goes well with almost every dressing but I would like to pair it with yogurt because ‘yogurt dressing’ is a kind of modified mayonnaise or cream-based dressing and taste similar to it and its comparatively healthier so it will be best for this health conscious generation.

Classmate answers: My favourite vegetable is sweet potato. I really like the versatility that comes with sweet potatoes, where they can easily be mashed, used as a substitute for toast, fried, roasted, made into soup and so much more.
One of my favourite ways to eat sweet potato is dice it and to mix it with chickpeas, salt, pepper, garam masala and olive oil and roast it. Occasionally, I will eat this with a vegan garlic aioli.
Another favourite preparation method of mine is to use it as a replacement for toast when making avocado toast. In doing so I create 1 inch slices lenght wise and roast the sweet potato. Once its roasted, I then add smashed avocado and whatever toppings I have on hand (be it sprouts, eggs, tomatoes, pomagranet seeds, berries, seeds, cheese, etc).

Classmate answer:Brigade system is very impressive and it allows the kitchen to work efficiently. Every chef have someone working under him in this way it is very easy to manage because everyone can manage little section of the kitchen this reduces the burden on head chef and he can manage the chefs which are directly under him. A Chef de Partie has one or more working cuisinier under him and work on a specified station because of that they make dishes at very fast rate. The commis are also play very important role in the kitchen they help on all stations with ingredients and other things because of them cuisinier and chef can work on very fast rate this the reason behind the efficiency of brigade system everyone have their own role to play.

Classmate answer: Starch is a substance that consists of carbohydrates and can be used in many different ways. it can be consumed as a food nutrient to achieve the carbohydrate intake or it can also be used in different manufacturing processes. Starch can be found in potatoes, rice, wheat etc. and it can be healthy for human body and in excess of it can be a damage as well. Start is also used in paper industry to increase the durability of the product.

Classmate answers: There are 2 factors which make legumes become more and more popular. Firstly, legumes are nutrient-rich beans. Specifically, it supplies proteins with many essential amino acids, complex carbohydrates, fiber. Moreover, legumes are also cholesterol-free with low fat, provide many important minerals as well as vitamins. As a result, it is suitable for vegetarians and people who want to eat clean. The second factor is that legumes have the ability to prevent many diseases. In fact, the bioactive compounds in legumes have antioxidant properties, which are known to prevent certain cancers, heart disease, osteoporosis, and other degenerative diseases. Due to their composition, legumes pay consumer’s attention who have conscious about health, diabetes, and celiac as well as consumers interested in weight management.
Chefs and home cooks prefer to use legumes to cook because they have a variety of beans with different flavors, colors and textures include kidney beans, peas, lentils, and other legumes such as chickpeas, lima beans, Mung beans, soybeans, etc. All of these create delicious, colorful meals without being boring for guests as well as users. Moreover, the nutritional value and benefits of legumes are also the reason why chefs and home cooks like to use them.
