Before proceed for payment, Vivian asked one of the merchants, DressDrop, by using the message box on BeutyLike, whether the size of one of the two dresses and colour are available. Having learned from the merchant that there is no appropriate size and colour available, Vivian was thinking about not buying the two dresses. She then sends a message to the merchant and informed them that she rejects both of the dresses. However, Vivian was panicked seeing the time lapse for performing the transaction online.
