Aviation Law Paper

An aviation law research paper is required for this course. It constitutes 25 percent of your course grade and is graded using both objective and subjective criteria. It is to your advantage to produce a well-researched, coherent product.

The following guidelines apply:

The required length is at least six pages, but not more than eight pages. The cover page and bibliography are not part of these required pages. Please use Microsoft Word. All text must be double-spaced. Use inch margins. Single space footnotes. Papers will be submitted using TurnItIn
Use proper documentation and bibliography techniques. The American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines must be used. A minimum of four different references must be used, and only one of these may be an internet media source such as blogs,tweets or similar social media sources. An abstract is not required.
The paper must have a title. The relevant legal aspects of the topic must be addressed in the paper. Legal aspects encompass casebooks, statutes, agency rules, court cases, legal articles, legal treatises, etc.
Your personal opinion/assessment of the issues in the paper must be expressed
The research paper will be graded upon the whole body of work
Please proofread and check your paper for proper grammar
The more general topics will have to be narrowed for papers. These topics are suggestions and should not limit you from choosing a topic that you are interested in writing about.
