Proposal About Implementing a Coding Library and discussing

In this assignment students will write a proposal for developing a Code Library for an organization. This Code Library will be used to house relevant bits of code for developers to baseline their coding efforts in the organization. Additionally, the organization will share a portion of the library with others: business partners and the public similar to companies offering beta testing in your organizations sandbox. Business requirements:

Implement a code library accessible from the company Internal network.
Develop security controls that limit levels of access to the code library to consider: company developers, employees, external customers and external users who desire to work in the code library.
Segment the code library with a live coding environment for the company and a testing sandbox for others.
While the coding library is free to use, you must come up with business rules that are focused on intellectual properties. For example, if a 15 year old child uses the company’s coding library and develops the next social media platform, our company will own the intellectual rights to that application. These usage policies must be spelled out in our SLA.
This paper will include business and technical processes to complete the proposal.
