Problem Statement

A major challenge confronting families in the United States is domestic violence amongst women and children due to substance abuse, even though some improvements have been reported recently. Researchers, scientists, and government agencies lately have improved the effort to evaluate how substance abuse increases domestic violence perpetration (Idris et al. 2018). The most recent development is the surveys of the social problems related to domestic violence in New York by the national surveyors (Hinsliff‐Smith,& McGarry, 2017). The laws and regulations that are placed against domestic violence are insufficient or poorly implemented, which has encouraged the perpetrators to continue inflicting emotional and physical suffering to their partners and children, injuries, and deaths. The capstone project’s primary focus will be to investigate the impact of domestic violence in society and explore a solution to this problem. Implementation of the firm and strict laws may change the perpetrators’ mentality and reduce the impacts in New York (Hinsliff‐Smith, & McGarry, 2017).

Problem

Therefore, it is essential to implement real-time information technology to help counsel and guide the perpetrators to develop a sense of responsibility. A nation social problems survey findings show that more than 15% of women and children suffer from domestic violence (Idris et al. 2018).  The survey also relates to girls’ high school dropout to domestic violence and sexual harassment in the United States. A significantly smaller percentage of perpetrators have reformed since real-time information technology in the United States. According to the national survey findings, approximately 0.84% of men in the country demonstrated comprehension, which shows the perpetrators’ ability to reform and why of their actions and the general public’s perspective views that may be interviewed in what are only textual phrases. These findings show that in the United States, at the end of more than a decade of implementing real-time information technology, perpetrators can change and understand humanity and their responsibilities (Fischel-Wolovick, 2018).
