Professional Practicum Final Report (6 – 8 pages; due Module 8)                (20 points)

This report should be submitted via the Assignment link by the deadline noted in Week 8.  It should include a bibliography at the end with at least 4-6 references.  And in the body of this paper you should include quotations from course sources – texts, articles and videos as well as any other source material you may have found.

• What aspects of your project proved to be frustrating or difficult?
• What surprised you along the way?
• Write down several adjectives that describe how you feel about the project now?
• How do your current feelings compare to how you felt at the beginning of the project? What’s changed:  What’s the reason for any change?
• Overall, what have you learned about leadership that is new? What have you learned about yourself?
