Process Steps and Initial Assumptions

This is the first step in your team learning project. See the grading rubric for this assignment in Canvas, but in brief, you need to document 6 process steps on the Excel FMEA Template (FMEA_template.xlsx), as shown in column C (only) of the example of a completed project FMEA (example_of_completed_FMEA.xlsx).
