1)The second SAP assignment is to follow through the steps on page 258 through 267 of the text before “You try it 1” (i.e. you are not responsible for “You try it 1” for the second assignment).
2) To do list: (1) screen capture the figure 9A-15 on page 262, (2) screen capture 9A-20, (3) screen capture 9A-25, (4) screen capture 9A-31, (5) screen capture 9A-32.
3) Screen capture function is usually located on top right corner of your computer. Open a brand new word file. Press the screen capture key and paste the five screen captures above into a word file one by one as you move along.
4) You need to make a screen capture and paste it to the word file before you move to the next step. Otherwise, you might not go back to the previous screen.
5) Attach the word file after naming SAPAssignment2.doc via canvas.
6) Just follow through the steps carefully in the text. If you don’t follow each step exactly you might end up with different screen, which might result in the incompletion of your project.
7) The project asks you to enter three- digit user number. The number is your own number given followed by LEARN-.
