• What brought you to a career in nursing?
• How did this experience affect personal growth?
• How did this experience affect professional growth?
• What were your major accomplishments during this experience?
• Has your perception of the nursing profession during your educational process?
• What are your future goals? Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years?
Format: Papers must be 2-3 pages, no more, double spaced.
