Include what group format was followed, how members identified themselves, and what principles of group work you saw in action in the group.
Discuss what benefits will be gained by the members attending the group and what potential drawbacks members might experience.
Will you utilize any particular theory/what type of theory guides this approach? Critique the theory as it applies to this approach.
Could you offer a group like this to other students? Why or why not?” Specify any plans or goals you want to apply to develop what you learned.
How will you get stakeholders to buy into this process? What roles will they play?
What group theories, group types, group topics, and leadership style(s) are a good fit with your worldview, experiences, style of counseling and probable clients. Provide a rationale for each area.
