Path-Goal Approach to leadership

In 3-5 double-spaced pages (not counting cover page and references) and citing at least 3 references from course content (must include textbook reference), please reflect on the following:

During week 3 we have studied the Path-Goal Approach to leadership. Please identify and reflect on your preferred leader and follower characteristics (referencing the Northouse text). Then discuss a leadership scenario you have encountered as leader or follower where those characteristics were evident. How did your orientation as leader/follower interact with those of your counterpart? What obstacles existed in the leadership scenario and how were they addressed and removed . . . or not?

This is a mini-research reflection paper, so be sure to explore supplemental resources provided by the instructor in Week 3 Additional Resources and in the Northouse (2018) textbook. Keep in mind that only a full page of text is credited as 1 page length (therefore, the minimum requirement of 3 pages must be 3 full pages). Please see the attached rubric and reflection assignment guidelines. Also, note that the assignment requires at least 3 sources, properly cited/referenced in APA style. For this assignment, one must be textbook and two others must come from among the supplemental material provided in the Week 3 Resources folder or from your own research. All sources must be cited and referenced in APA format.
