Choose one of the articles that interests you and write your paper on that article.
It is an INDIVIDUAL assignment, not a group assignment.
Paper: 1-3 pages (use Microsoft Word – 12 – Times New Roman, SINGLE SPACE)
This assignment requires you to summarize the marketing issues faced by the company that are outlined in the case and to answer the related questions in the article. Students also need to critically review the strategies stated in the case.
You will be graded on your ability to summarize/analyze the pertinent issues raised in the article, how well you answer the questions highlighted in the case, how well you articulate marketing concepts from class to the strategic critique, and how well you evaluate the concept outlined in the case.
I will pay particular attention on the following the criteria for evaluation:
- Quality of the analysis: How well did the student identify the problem? Are there any problems with the proposed solutions? How well did the student incorporate/apply the concepts from the text and class lecture? Were the recommendations supported by the analysis?
- Quality of the paper: Were the ideas in the paper convincing or persuasive? Did the paper focus on the core areas of the case? Was the paper well organized and did it flow smoothly from one point to the next?
