My current diet is relatively healthy, as I focus on consuming whole foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and balanced meals. However, I acknowledge that there is room for improvement. I need to reduce my intake of processed foods and sugary snacks, and increase my consumption of lean proteins and whole grains.
What do you do for Exercise? How much? How often?
I engage in regular exercise consisting of a combination of cardio and strength training. I aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week, supplemented with strength training exercises at least twice a week.
