I need an 8 page Research Paper with a title of “Pay for Performance.” This needs to be formatted with APA format edition of APA 7.
I have attached the following:

2) Resources/References – There are five individual references attached
3) Research Paper that I began, which I had already started (see below for portions of Research Paper already completed by me)
I had already started the paper and have all of the references already picked out (I will attach the references).
I have completed the title page, abstract and reference page. Although, I think I still need to put the references in order. What is left are the 8 pages needed for the main content of the paper. I have the first paragraph done for the first page. I would like that to be looked at though and if you feel it needs changes, please do.
